Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive team player to support our event operations. The ideal candidate is fast, responsive, and hands-on , with the ability to carry event materials and start work immediately.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage onsite event operations
• Set up, manage, and close event booths
• Lead and coordinate event crew and support staff
• Prepare logistics before and after each event
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders
