Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Assistant to support the Head of Logistics in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Singapore roads, be detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting the Head, Logistics in the following duties :

• Update inventory status (Receiving / Issuing) in the computer – AX system.
• Record all goods returned from installer / customer in the daily return excel file (Daily Return Records Folder)
• Schedule daily delivery & update daily delivery schedule excel file (Delivery Schedule Folder)
• Manage document files
• Assist in daily warehouse related paperwork.
• Housekeeping
