Roles & Responsibilities
As Senior Designer you will take full ownership of the brand’s creative direction and visual identity. You will uphold and evolve brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints, while translating marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
You will lead the creation of marketing collaterals, campaign visuals, and social media content that reflect the brand’s essence and engage our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Identity & Guidelines
- Develop, maintain, and enforce the brand’s visual identity and corporate image (CI) across all communication channels.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards, tone, and positioning.
- Refresh and evolve design systems and templates to stay current with design trends while preserving brand integrity.
2. Creative Design & Production
Conceptualise, design, and produce visual assets for digital and offline campaigns, including but not limited to social media, websites, eDMs, in-store displays, and print collaterals.Create visually cohesive assets that support marketing objectives and enhance brand recognition.Support art direction for photoshoots or video production when required.3. Social Media & Digital Visuals
Design engaging social media posts, stories, and digital ads optimised for different platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of content according to the social media calendar.4. Marketing Collaterals (Digital & Offline)
Design and produce collaterals for both digital platforms and offline activations — including in-outlet visuals, brochures, banners, posters, event displays, and POSM materials.Ensure high-quality output and accurate adaptation of designs across multiple formats and dimensions.Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of design experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment.Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, print, and branding work.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and / or Figma.Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design requests simultaneously.Experience in beauty, wellness, or retail design is an advantage.Why Join Us
