Responsibilities
- Responsible for post-sales activities of Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
- Participate in large-scale local and regional project implementations.
- Provide on-site implementation services including testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Deliver technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyse and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching knowledgebase articles / known issues.
- Be on routine standby to support 24×7 maintenance calls.
- Communicate issues clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication to support technical documentation and client interaction.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
1 year of relevant experience in IT, providing network support and administration.Knowledge and hands-on experience in networking, including routing and switching technology.Possess CCNA or CCSA certification .Willingness to learn new technologies and work extended hours, including standby duties.Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.To apply, kindly send your updated resume to :
