We are looking for a dedicated

Assistant Cook to join our kitchen

team, specializing in Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will

assist the head chef in daily food preparation, cooking, and

maintaining kitchen hygiene

standards.

Responsibilities :

Assist in preparing and cooking Indian dishes (curries,

tandoor items, breads, snacks, etc.)

Support

the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and quality

standards

Maintain cleanliness and

organization of the kitchen and equipment

Assist with food storage, inventory, and ingredient

preparation

Follow all food safety and hygiene

guidelines

Requirements :

Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred

(especially in Indian cuisine)

Basic knowledge

of Indian spices and cooking methods

Ability

to work in a fast-paced environment

Team

player with good communication skills

Willingness to learn and take

instructions
