Job description

Up to S$25 / 時(経験による)

MSオフィス(特にExcel)の使用が可能な方

Responsibilities :

  • Process payments and vouchers for office expenses ex. office and resident housing rent, utilities, office maintenance, etc.
  • Support payment processing for crude oil / LNG sales and purchases ex. internal deposits, manage withdrawal request process, web banking checks, etc.,
  • Reconciliation of bank balances and accounting books as of date and time.
  • Admin support such as visitor support, mail management, equipment management, office maintenance support, etc.

Requirements :

  • Business level Japanese to liaise with Japanese counterpart in Singapore office and Japan HQ.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skill to liaise with internal teams.
