Responsibilities
Provide application development and administration of
enterprise systems
Handle user support calls,
perform first and second level troubleshooting, diagnose
application related issues and escalate to vendor for
resolution
Involve in testing of pre-release
applications, related software and tools
Participate in implementation projects and provide
post-implementation support
Plan and liaise
with vendors in project implementation, application testing,
support application patches and upgrades
Any
other tasks assigned by your
superior
Qualifications
/ Professional Certifications / Skills
Required
A recognise
degree / diploma in IT
Minimum 3 years of
experience in application support and hands-on application
implementation.
Experience in deploying
workflow and automation solutions
Hand-on
knowledge in Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Automate and SQL
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and
communication skills
Good team player with
ability to work with people from all
levels
