1 year contract Finance Ops Analyst

Assisting in reconciling financial data against the general ledger

Timely collection of Reinsurance claims recoverable

Computation / investigation / rectification of Financial technical transactions relating to claims and premiums

Liaise with other departments (Finance and Ceded Re) on discrepancies and assist to resolve them with engagement of both internal functions and external parties (brokers & cedants)

Leading transformational and other projects, supporting the business by planning, developing and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Ensuring efficient and effective operating business processes, including the identification of risks, strengths and weaknesses, evaluation and implementation of operational improvements including service and quality.

Development of robust business readiness, communication, training material, process documentation and procedural guidelines.

Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
