Job descriptionPreparing reports on a weekly / or monthly basis. Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight / Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance, and Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining Optimistic, Positive and Proactive. Effective communication and Interpersonal skills. Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement. Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required. Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment. General knowledge on excel format if any. Relevant experience and knowledge in customer service / freight forwarding industry
