Job Responsibilities :
Technical Support & User Services :
- Optimized and maintained network infrastructure, servers, and endpoints, improving system uptime and reliability.
- Partnered with external vendors to resolve complex technical issues, reducing downtime and support costs.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 environment administration including user account management and security policies.
- Enhanced collaboration and knowledge sharing by managing SharePoint Online environments and document systems.
- Configure user permissions, site structures, and workflow automation.
- Ensure system backups, updates, and security patches are applied consistently.
- Deliver first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond promptly to user requests and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT equipment including setup, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Security & Compliance :
Monitor Bitdefender EDR and other security tools to detect, analyze, and respond to potential threats or incidents.Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures in alignment with ISO 27001, Cyber Trust Mark, and NIST standards.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.Conduct regular security assessments, leveraging Bitdefender EDR insights, and recommend improvements to strengthen defences.Project Participation :
Support IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.Create user guides, technical documentation, and training materials.Participate in vendor evaluations and technology planning initiatives.Job Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT support, SharePoint administration, Microsoft 365 suite, IT & Cybersecurity policy experience, network troubleshooting in a public listed and / or chemicals companies preferred.Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical thinking.Good communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams and vendors.Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365), ITIL Foundation or other IT service management certifications, Security certifications (Security+ etc.) preferred.Tell employers what skills you have
