IT Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Setup, installation and deploying of computers.
• Cloning / Imaging of laptop / desktop
• Email and phone communication with customer
• Station at customer’s office for IT support if required (if stationed, reporting will be at customer location)
• Performing IT support (Ticketing System, Remote Support, Onsite Support)
• Active directory user account management
• Provide administrative support in checklists / reports.
• Perform computer hardware parts upgrades / replacement.
• Other adhoc duties / projects assigned.
