Roles & Responsibilities

Location : KINEX (Paya Lebar) or Pasir Ris Mall | Mon–Fri | 1 Half-Day Sat / Month

We are seeking an engaging and musically skilled educator to join a well-established preschool group in Singapore.

This role involves delivering a structured, play-based music curriculum that nurtures children’s love for music through singing, movement, and hands-on instrumental learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive preschool music curriculum for children aged 18 months to 6 years (PG – K2).
• Teach foundational music skills including singing, percussion, keyboard, recorder, and violin (for older age groups).
• Plan, lead, and reflect on music lessons aligned with the centre’s educational philosophy.
• Track and document children's musical progress using checklists and anecdotal records.
• Support performances, school events, and year-end concerts.
• Work closely with classroom teachers and parents to build a joyful musical environment.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or related field.

(ABRSM certifications in Piano, Music Theory, or similar are advantageous.)
