Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning Conduct industry and market research, formulate the company’s mid-to-long-term development strategy and annual objectives, and determine business expansion directions.
• Supply Chain Management Oversee procurement, warehousing, and logistics processes; balance cost and quality to ensure efficient circulation of food ingredients.
• Quality & Safety Control Establish end-to-end quality control standards to mitigate food safety risks.
• Sales & Operations Develop and maintain client relationships, build a service system, and enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
• Team Management Build and lead the core team, define responsibilities, establish training and performance evaluation mechanisms, and foster a positive team culture.
• Financial Management Prepare budgets, analyze financial data, control costs, and ensure stable cash flow.
• Risk Management Address industry-related risks and ensure compliance in operations.
