Principal Engineer

Key

Responsibilities : Lead

and carry out the design, analysis, and assessment of civil,

infrastructure, and geotechnical works, including ground

improvement, foundations, excavations, retaining structures,

slopes, instrumentation, and site investigations.

Prepare project proposals, technical specifications, and

design documentation for tender, regulatory submissions, and

construction.

Plan, design, coordinate, and

supervise civil, infrastructure, and geotechnical design and site

activities.

Ensure engineering works are

compliant with relevant statutory requirements, regulations, and

Codes of Practice.

Liaise effectively with

clients, project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and

relevant authorities.

Support the Team Leader

in maintaining high standards of design and supervision and mentor

junior

engineers.

Requirements :

Degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or a

related numerical discipline.

More than 15

years of experience in the transport infrastructure

sector.

Strong technical foundation in

transport engineering, including design, planning, and / or

modelling.

Familiarity with international and

Singapore infrastructure and transport design standards.

Proficiency in transport modelling tools such as VISUM,

VISSIM, SIDRA, or equivalent.

Experience with

AutoCAD and / or MicroStation is preferred.

Proven experience in project management and staff

supervision.

Strong written and verbal

communication skills in English.
