Junior Sales Executive
This is a perm role required by one of our client in the Lift / Elevator Industry
Location : Singapore (Kallang)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM, Alternate Saturdays : 9 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM
About the Role
We are assisting an established client in the lift and vertical transportation industry to hire a Junior Sales Executive to support the company’s business growth in new installations, modernisation, and maintenance projects.
This role is ideal for candidates with relevant sales experience in engineering, construction, or technical sectors who are eager to build a long-term career in the lift industry. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team in identifying and developing new business opportunities for lift installation, repair, and modernisation projects.
- Conduct market research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Follow up with potential clients on inquiries and quotations to support deal closure.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover after contract award.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure service satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in company sales meetings, training sessions, and product briefings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, or Engineering-related disciplines.At least 1–2 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in B2B, technical, or construction-related sectors).Strong interest in developing a career within the lift and vertical transportation industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Proactive, motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Training will be provided for industry-specific products and sales processes.Benefits
