Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Create, test and distribute application packages, scripts, and batch programs
• Manage desktop patching via WSUS and SCCM
• Develop and maintain Windows desktop images
• Automate OS deployment processes across enterprise environments
• Responsible for configuration management by sustaining and improving the processes
• Troubleshoot SCCM deployment issues (Tier 2 / 3 support) and maintain the SCCM hierarchy and infrastructure
• Develop PowerShell, VBScript, and other automation scripts and automate SCCM portal metrics and reporting
• Responsible for minimising disruptions through NanoHeal self-healing automation
• Automate routine device upkeep and enforce security policies (e.g., app restrictions, data controls) and use no-code frameworks to resolve recurring problems
• Maintain third-party integrations, perform data imports / exports and collaborate with development teams to improve system functionality
• Implement and monitor patching strategies and ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
• Contribute to end-user self-help resources by creating support documents and training materials
• Assist users via AI-powered chat assistants and train users and internal teams on NanoHeal capabilities.
• Configure real-time alerts and impact-prioritised notifications, and analyse system performance and recommend improvements.
