Senior / Project Controls Engineer – Singapore – Rolling Contract
Location : Tuas, Singapore
No. of Positions : 2 Senior and 1 Junior position available
Job Scope : Assist the Engineering Manager and Project Managers to Budget, implement, track, monitor for project cost and schedule to help deliver benefits and commitment of the site capital plan.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement site CAPEX Process, such as planning, monitoring, Approval and reporting process
- Work with Site Project Manaher to deliver procurement / project saving or cost avoidance
- Provide cost estimation during the feasibility / design phase of key site projects, such as New Project Introduction related project
- Support Project Managers in providing financial commentary in the Project investment Proposal including any Asset write off cost (Net Book Value) and Project completion milestones
- Monitor and track project progress and ensure adherence to approved project schedule & cash flow
- Administer site Measured Term Contracts
- Manage and update cost database
