Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across various facets of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in HR to gain practical exposure in a professional and supportive work environment. What You Will Be Involved In :

As a Human Resource Intern , you will gain exposure to key areas of HR operations, focusing on three main aspects : Recruitment, Retraining, and Retention . This hands-on experience will help you build a strong foundation in human resource management.

• Assist with posting job openings on various online recruitment platforms
• Draft different types of employment documents, such as offer letters and internship agreements
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with shortlisted candidates
