Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across various facets of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in HR to gain practical exposure in a professional and supportive work environment. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that support our people and culture initiatives.

What You Will Be Involved In :

As a Human Resource Intern , you will gain exposure to key areas of HR operations, focusing on three main aspects : Recruitment, Retraining, and Retention . This hands-on experience will help you build a strong foundation in human resource management.

1. Recruitment

  • Assist with posting job openings on various online recruitment platforms
  • Draft different types of employment documents, such as offer letters and internship agreements
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with shortlisted candidates

2. Retraining

  • Recommend relevant e-learning or classroom-based training courses for staff development
  • Collect and analyze feedback from employees after training completion
  • Liaise with reporting officers to assess post-training performance and recommend future training programs accordingly
  • 3. Retention

  • Support the administration of staff benefits and schemes
  • Gain understanding of employee leave entitlements in alignment with local manpower regulations
  • Assist in compiling and verifying leave reports for payroll processing
  • Help plan and organize staff engagement activities, including bonding sessions, CSR initiatives, and celebratory events

  • Who We’re Looking For :

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student majoring in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Basic understanding of core HR functions, especially in Recruitment, Retention, and Retraining
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage comfortably and professionally with diverse individuals
  • Detail-oriented , with solid organizational and planning abilities
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 4 months
