Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing a diploma or degree in HR or a related field, demonstrating a strong initiative to learn and contribute to our HR operations. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while supporting our team in day-to-day activities.
Duration : 6 months (Dec - Jun)
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Compile and analyze HR data to generate insightful reports for management, aiding strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the consolidation of HR metrics, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Process Improvement and Recommendation
Collaborate with HR team members to understand existing processes and practices.Provide recommendations for enhancing HR efficiency, effectiveness, and overall employee experience.Project Support and Implementation
Assist in the execution of HR projects, with a focus on areas such as employee performance management and Learning & Development.Contribute to the mapping of HR work processes, SOP, and support / maintain the HRIS systemRequirements
Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program, preferably in HR or a related field.Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong initiative to learn and take on new challenges.Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to planning and organization.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Tell employers what skills you have
