We are looking for a hard-working and detail-oriented Coordinator to contribute to sales and project execution. You should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Coordinate sales activities and maintain good customer relationships.
- Manage products and services fulfillment.
- Respond to all customers’ enquiries, calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Attend project site meeting when required.
- Follow the progress of quotations and sales orders with customers.
- Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Handle customer orders to delivery and billing.
- Update customer and product data base.
Job requirements
Diploma or equivalent levels with 1 – 2 years experience as Sales Coordinator or relevant roleSales driven and strong motivation drive.Able to multi-task and work with tight scheduleTell employers what skills you have
