We are on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Digital Marketer who is excited to be part of a collaborative and forward-moving environment. In this role and in this financial industry ( Do not worry we are not here to convert you as a financial consultant ) you’ll play a vital part as an anchor in elevating our digital presence and brand awareness through marketing strategies, website optimization, and the use of emerging AI tools.

You won’t be doing it alone, you will be supported by a marketing intern and guided by a marketing manager, working side-by-side on exciting campaigns and projects that challenge norms and push boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving and awareness and audience engagement through creative media strategies, focusing on video content and storytelling relevant to the financial sector
- Coordinate and execute video shoots (interviews, lifestyle content, testimonials, campaign stories) including planning, filming, editing, and post-production for social and offline use
- Plan and shoot engaging video content for social media, ads, campaigns, and events
- Operate filming equipment such as DSLR, gimbal, mic setup, ring light, etc.
- Gather content and campaign requests from various teams and assist in prioritizing media production to ensure alignment with business goals and seasonal campaigns
- Drive results with curated marketing campaigns developed in close collaboration with business owners. Focus on generating high-potential leads through engagement, verifying their authenticity through direct follow-up calls , and setting them for the next stage.
- Collaborate with advisors and teams to produce media assets and lifestyle visuals that align with the brand's tone and client journey
- Plan and manage offline media placements such as lift lobbies, digital screens, newspaper ads, and community boards to reach targeted demographics
- Conduct competitor and market research on financial lifestyle marketing trends and visual strategies to stay ahead in content positioning and delivery
- Track and analyze campaign / media performance , identify high and low engagement points, and recommend enhancements for future executions
- Support day-to-day operations , including updating campaign calendars, managing visual content libraries, assisting with internal media briefings / trainings, and responding to FAQs from sales or advisor teams on marketing materials and putting real life stories of each advisor to the screen.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fieldPrior experience with content filming and editing is a big plusComfortable handling cameras and setting up simple shootsKnowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Strong sense of visual storytelling and good eye for aestheticsHighly organized, self-motivated, and team-orientedMeticulousA creative mindset with strong visual aesthetics and a passion for storytelling through social media.Bonus if You Have
