Key

Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and manage

Electrical / Mechanical / M&E construction

projects .

Oversee project

execution, ensuring works meet technical, quality, and safety

requirements.

Prepare project budgets,

schedules, and resource plans.

Coordinate with

clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure

smooth workflow.

Review and approve

engineering drawings, specifications, and technical

submittals.

Monitor project progress and

resolve any issues or delays promptly.

Ensure

compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and

contractual obligations.

Manage project

handover, documentation, and final

accounts.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics,

or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).

At least 5 years of relevant project

management experience in

Electrical / Mechanical / M&E construction projects.

Proven track record in delivering projects on time,

within budget, and to high quality standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder

management skills.

Familiarity with

Singapore's construction regulations and authority

submissions.

PMP or equivalent certification

is an advantage.
