• Experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, MQ Series, Ezytrieve
• Experience in Mainframe tools such as Endevor, File-Aid, Control-M
• Experience in CARDLINK (Credit and Debit Card System)
• Manage support requests, incidents, issues, and tickets to deliver quality service for end-users.
• Provide procedural and technical support to various teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across various channels.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues to avoid outages.
