About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and drive financial performance. This role reports directly to the Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers.
• Design management reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance and business insights.
• Partner with business units to support financial planning, scenario analysis, and ad hoc projects.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the FP&A function.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
