Job Summary
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving membership growth, building long-term relationships with potential and current members, and actively contributing to our community. A key part of your role will be generating new business through direct sales efforts and ensuring a seamless member experience throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, you will play an essential part in our events, sponsorship strategies, and supporting industry-specific groups to enhance the value proposition for our members.

Responsibilities : Membership Sales
- Drive new membership acquisition and renewals through targeted sales strategies.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective members while ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction with current members
- Work proactively with existing members to ensure timely renewals and offer solutions that keep their membership valuable.
- Analyze trends and sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Event Management
Plan, organize, and support industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities that add value to members.Work with internal teams to coordinate logistics, venue selection, speaker engagements, and attendee communication.Drive member participation and engagement in events, aligning their needs and interests.Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities to support events and member programs.Develop attractive sponsorship packages that align with the interests of potential partners, creating mutually beneficial relationships that drive additional value for the organization and its members.Industry Group Support :
Support industry groups and committees by providing resources, facilitate meetings, assist on member outreach, and collaboration between groups.Understanding the goals and objectives of each group and helping to align them with the interests of the members.Assist with the development and execution of industry-focused initiatives, such as research reports, policy advocacy, etc.Help identify key trends and opportunities that can be leveraged by industry groups to stay ahead of market developments.Reporting & Strategy :
Track and report on membership sales, event participation, and sponsorship success.Provide feedback and insights to the team on member trends, industry developments, and potential opportunities for growth.Cultivate long-term relationships with sponsors, ensuring mutual success and continued partnerships.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales Management or related discipline.At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, event management or equivalent.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.A good team player with positive and collaborative attitude.Tell employers what skills you have
