About the Role :

Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead and manage our Network Managed Services team. This role requires hands-on experience in IT service management, cloud and automation technologies, and a proven track record in team leadership. The SDM will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, handling escalations, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of 8-10 engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Oversee network managed services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Manage 24x7 standby support for incident management and escalations.
• Develop, monitor, and present operational reports using Power BI and ServiceNow dashboards.
• Implement ITIL-based processes and best practices to improve service efficiency.
• Drive automation initiatives and cloud integration to optimize operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
