We are looking for a Finance
and Accounts Executive who is detail-oriented,
resourceful, and able to work
independently . This role is critical in ensuring
financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting business
decision-making across our
entities.
Key
Responsibilities
Financial Planning &
Analysis
Develop financial
plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic
decision-making.
Analyze financial data to
guide investment and resource allocation.
Financial
Management
Monitor and evaluate
financial performance, providing recommendations for
improvements.
Manage cash flow and mitigate
financial risks to ensure operational stability.
Accounting
Operations
Prepare and maintain
accurate financial records, statements, and reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes,
ensuring timely payments and collections.
Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy in accounting
records.
Compliance &
Reporting
Prepare tax returns
and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
(SG, PH, MY, and other relevant jurisdictions).
Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies
and local accounting
standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in
accounting, audit, or finance roles.
Solid
knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial
reporting standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft
Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks,
MYOB).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
organizational skills.
High attention to
detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal
supervision and deliver results.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with
multi-country
teams.
