Job descriptionMinimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related subject Strong project management, risk management and leadership skills with a proven track record At least 3 years of experience in ELV (CCTV, Access Control, PA,cabling) Experience in CAG project is an advantage 监督、协调和检查现场机电工程（安防系统（门禁、报警、闭路电视监控）、弱电系统、公共广播、结构化布线（光纤和网络布线、服务器机架系统、网络系统））的质量 管理、监督和领导分包商和内部员工的工作 确保所有安装和实施工作均按照批准的规范进行 确保所有报告的缺陷均已高质量修复 保存现场记录（每日进度报告、照片、勘测报告） 监控现场安全并确保所有安全要求得到执行 减少 / 最大程度地减少材料 / 设备的浪费 确保项目完成后顺利向客户移交
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and check quality of M&E works (Security system -door access, alarm, cctv), ELV, PA, Structured cabling (fibre and network cabling, server rack system, network system) on site
- Manage, monitor and lead work of subcontractors and in-house workers
- Ensure all installations and implementation works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications
- Ensure all defects reported are rectified with quality
- To keep site records (daily progress reports, photos, survey reports)
- Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced(With relevant certificate)
- Reduce / minimise wastage of materials / equipment.
- Ensure the proper handover process of the project to the customer upon project completion
