Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope
Assist in daily store administrative duties
Process and manage DO, invoices, GRN and other shipping documents
Maintain accurate records and filing of store documentation
Update system entries and perform data verification in Epicor
Provide adminstrative support to the store
Ensure compliance with internal SOP and documentation
Requirements
Minimum GCE "O" level and above
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and email communication
Familiar with basic logistic and transportation processes
Able to handle documents such as DO, invoices and other paperwork
Quick-thinking, responsible and able to work independently
Experience in using Epicor
Good team player
Able to work overtime when needed
