Responsibilities

• Financial and Business Performance : manages P / L for division; achieves superior financial performance; maintains good financial disciplines
• Contribution to the Firm : contributes to building Adan's Intellectual Property, directs and supports Backoffice, Technology and Marketing enablement teams, develops Knowledge Management and high-level technical know-how, helps build processes and governance; contributes to a cohesive culture
• Business Development : originates or supports client relationships, cross-selling, and marketing strategies; builds long-term market-focused visions
• Client Relationship Management : deal origination, qualification, prospecting; builds and maintains strong client relationships; analyzes market trends and client investment strategies
