Investment Director

MS Capital is a private fund management company with a strong founding team of long-accumulated experience in strategy modelling, trading system and platform development, adopting advanced artificial intelligence technology as the cornerstone, and enforcing strict investment management, to achieve sustained and stable returns. We are expending the team, searching for experienced candidates have strong background & skills in programing, statistics modelling, data analysis, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for quantitative and systematic investment initiatives across alpha generation, factor modelling, and execution algorithms.
• Lead the Investment Committee and guide tactical and strategic asset allocation decisions.
• Direct the quantitative research agenda, spanning time-series modeling, machine learning, alternative data, and market microstructure research.
• Oversee the development of new alpha strategies, risk premia portfolios, and cross-asset models to enhance performance and diversification.
• Lead and mentor teams of portfolio managers, researchers, traders, and technologists.
• Represent the investment function in investor meetings, due-diligence sessions, and fund reporting activities.
• Oversee performance attribution and capital allocation across internal and external strategies.
