What you will do

• Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates
• Strive to close deals and make placements to achieve targets.
• Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
• Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines
• Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and external resources provided.
