Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly engaged Social Media Operations Specialist to elevate our brand presence and connect with our audience across various social media platforms. Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating compelling content, fostering community engagement, and driving measurable results.
Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy & Planning :
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, aligning with overall marketing and business objectives.
Plan and schedule compelling content across all relevant social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, etc., specific to industry needs).
Identify target audiences and determine how to best reach them through social media.
Content Creation & Curation :
Create, curate, and manage engaging written, visual (graphics, photos), and video content for social media platforms.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized foreach platform.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality assets.
Community Management & Engagement :
Actively monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
Foster an active and engaged online community, encouraging discussions and user-generated content.
Identify and engage with relevant influencers, thought leaders, and community members.
Handle online reviews and feedback (positive and negative) with professionalism.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics :
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, impressions, click-through rates, follower growth, conversions).
Utilize social media analytics tools to gather insights and optimize content and strategy.
Conduct A / B testing on content and campaigns to identify best practices.
Trend & Competitive Analysis :
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and algorithm changes.
Monitor competitor social media activities and industry news to identify opportunities and threats.
Campaign Management :
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to achieve specific marketing goals.
Manage social media advertising campaigns (if applicable to the role).
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, PR, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support integrated campaigns.
