ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant activities and operations.Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests.Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.Standard service duties.REQUIREMENTS
