Job description

We're seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining CI / CD solutions for dedicated / hybrid cloud environments. As the DevOps Lead, you'll lead a top-tier team of DevOps engineers, collaborating closely with software developers and other production IT staff to oversee the entire development lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead engineers in streamlining the development process and cycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive design and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Design, lead, and implement DevOps best practices.
  • Architect, develop, configure, administer, and maintain CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Delivery) tools / utilities for both monolithic and modular systems across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with the development team to optimize code deployment.
  • Analyze code and provide detailed assessments to the developer team to drive application improvement and ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance technical tools, systems, processes, and data security.

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role, with at least 2 years in a Lead role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Ability to explore and assess new solutions for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in Vietnamese and English.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in computer networking.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Shell, Python, or Golang.
  • Experience working with databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Experience in infrastructure and application monitoring.
  • Knowledge of designing systems with high availability and failover capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code development.
  • Solid understanding of Docker / container technologies.
  • Proficiency in performance optimization, security, load balancing, and system troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Accountable, disciplined, proactive, and self-motivated.
