My client is seeking a
proactive and organised individual to
join their team. In this role, you will play an important part in
supporting our officers with enquiries, events, and administrative
functions that contribute to the smooth delivery of
services.
Key
Responsibilities
Enquiries
Management
Triage and
manage nine enquiry mailboxes via the Feedback Management
System.
Respond to enquiries from registrants
and members of the public on matters such as registration,
practising certificate renewal, continuing professional education,
complaints, and general
queries.
Event Support
(Pledge Ceremonies)
Handle email enquiries and prepare invitations for
doctors and invited guests.
Support
administrative and logistical preparations, including vendor
sourcing.
Provide on-site support on event
days, if required.
Prepare pledge certificates
and update attendance records after each
event.
Communications
Support the dissemination of circulars and
notices.
Administrative
Duties
Prepare
documents for procurement of event management and design
services.
Coordinate corporate e-greeting
cards.
Provide other administrative support as
assigned by the
supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or Business
Management
Experience in handling feedback
enquiries, events and communications projects, website / content
development
Ability to work independently as
well as in a team.
Prior experience in
administration or event support will be an
advantage.
