Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day team management and coaching duties alongside the Sales DirectorMake outbound cold calls and proactive sales calls to existing and new leadsAct as the main contact between sales channels, clients, and internal departmentsSolve challenges independently and creatively to meet sales and customer objectivesGather and report on market conditions, competitor activity, and sales strategiesBuild and maintain strong industry relationships to support business growthTravel locally and internationally to meet with key clients and partnersNegotiate contract terms and liaise with stakeholders across all levelsCreate and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and internal teamsImplement efficient processes and policies to support team success and sales operationsExpand the sales pipeline with qualified prospects and opportunitiesDevelop and manage strategic partnerships that align with company goalsTake on additional responsibilities that drive sales and effective team managementQualifications
Proven sales experience , including outbound calling and lead generationExperience in team leadership or management is a mustStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHighly proactive, analytical, and results-drivenAbility to travel (local and international) as neededComfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative teamSolid understanding of sales metrics, pipelines, and market researchMay Anne Ramos
