Job Title : Senior HR Executive
Location : Woodlands, Singapore
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Senior HR Executive to join our team. This role takes on a business partner function , working closely with management to support hiring needs, talent development, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as HR business partner to support department heads in workforce planning and HR-related matters.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Handle general HR administration such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and managing contract renewals.
- Foster positive employee relations and support initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner capacity.Strong background in recruitment and talent management.Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.Proactive, people-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Tell employers what skills you have
