Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking for motivated Senior Site Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and technical oversight of construction works. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and project management, they ensure that engineering work is aligned with project goals, schedules, and quality standards.

Role Responsibilities :

• Manage Deep Soil Mixing or Piling job direct operations as well as manage subcontractors
• Deal with client on progress, reporting, QA / QC, scheduling and planning
• Handle design, submission, airport compliance
• Oversee and manage civil and building construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Ensure and monitor all instrumentation compliance to the design requirement.
• Address any non-conformities promptly and effectively.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure proactive measures are in place to prevent accidents and incidents on-site.
• Work closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and other professionals, to achieve project goals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment on-site.
