Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and implement safety procedures in line with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates for management review.
