We are currently seeking a motivated and talented team member to join our Singapore Team, taking up the Business Development Representative role. This is a great opportunity to hone your skills in terms of software product lifecycle management and gain the relevant industry domain knowledge which will result in you being able to build a foundation for a successful career in enterprise software solution sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
Learn and master our enterprise software solution offerings quickly and be able to clearly articulate their value to potential clients, supporting the business development team.Support the business development team in software solution overviews and demonstrations through video-conference meetings, in-person meetings and webinars.Engage with clients via various communication platforms to provide support and guidance.Provide account management and solution support to existing clients.Maintain high-level of customer satisfaction with the objective of generating new sales leads via engagements with existing and prospective clients.Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients.Participate in testing and provide feedback for software enhancement roadmap.Use digital media channels effectively to support sales & marketing initiatives.Research on targeted markets and industries, identify key stakeholders and generate interest via outreach efforts in the form of sales calls, email campaigns, digital / social media and LinkedIn connections.Be updated on industry regulations and market trends of the industries that our solution offerings are relevant to.Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and client visits to gather market insights and obtain client feedback.What you will need in this position :
Relevant experience in software solution support, client management and engagement in sales support and marketing.Substantial experience in software support and training will be an advantage.Confident in presenting and training of software solutions in a supporting role.Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work and connect with people.Fluent and articulate in phone and email communications.Strong oral and written English communication skills along with excellent listening skills.Fresh graduates are welcome.Tell employers what skills you have
