Job descriptionMassage certification and / or hair therapy experience preferred (training will be provided for candidates without prior experience). Strong communication and interpersonal skills; service-oriented, patient, and detail-minded. Hardworking, responsible, with good professionalism and a positive work attitude. Team player with a cheerful and positive personality. The ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin will be an advantage, as you will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers. Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. Female candidates only, as the role involves providing personal care services to female clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent treatment services in beauty, hair therapy, wellness, facial, and spa, with performance based on service quality and customer satisfaction (no hard selling).
- Uphold professional ethics, deliver courteous service, maintain high treatment standards, and protect the company’s reputation.
- Participate in daily team briefings, adhere to work schedules, and fulfil monthly work plans.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer reception and ensure a positive customer experience.
