Responsibilities

Design and develop residential properties in Singapore

from concept to completion.

Prepare

construction and tender drawings following URA

guidelines.

Create layouts, architectural

concepts, and design solutions for clients.

Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop for 2D / 3D drawings

and presentations.

Choose materials, colors,

and finishes, and coordinate with project teams to ensure quality

and

timely.

Requirements

Candidate with 1 year experience in designing landed

properties / houses in Singapore are welcome to
