ABOUT THE JOB
As a Consultant Business Analyst, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.
You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.
You will bring extensive experience of automating manual processes, diagnosing existing inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions based on specific needs.
Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organizations context.
Ability to evaluate and analyse existing business processes and uncover areas for improvement
Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers can estimate and work with them.
ABOUT YOU
Degree holder
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Cards and Payments domain with extensive experience in Cards Fraud domain – 3DS, Cards Fraud Detection, prevention and customer management.
Experience with Card Fraud Management platforms with AI / ML models, rules management and case management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
Team player with a strong ability to drive risk initiatives across business functions
