Job descriptionManage and maintain the organisation's IP and trademark portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulations. Prepare, file, and monitor trademark applications and renewals in multiple jurisdictions. Conduct trademark searches and provide reports to assist in risk assessments. Coordinate with external counsel and other stakeholders on IP-related matters. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements related to IP and trademarks. Maintain accurate records and databases for the legal department. Provide administrative support to the legal team as required. Stay updated on IP and trademark laws to ensure the organisation's compliance. Diploma or degree in Law, IP, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in IP management or legal support roles, either in-house or in a law firm. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage both structured legal processes and day-to-day admin responsibilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related digital tools; familiarity with DocuSign is advantageous. Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to established processes. Flexibility to consider part-time candidates. Temporary role with opportunities to gain valuable experience in a leading organisation. Exposure to the fast-paced Technology & Telecoms industry.
