Our client, a well established global asset manager, is seeking a Corporate Actions Specialist to join their Technology & Operations team locally.

about the job

This role reports to the APAC HOO, with the following responsibilities :

• Execute Corporate Action events across various asset classes including Equities, Bonds, CFDs and Repo
• Conduct cash and stock entitlement reconciliation and investigate any discrepancies or exceptions as required
• Liaison with Fund Managers and cross-functions to ensure all information is accurate
• Handle complex and non-routine corporate events, including re-structures
• Participate in ad hoc process improvements
