Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Asset Management Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of client assets, including delivery, tagging, deployment, collection, and disposal. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure assets are tracked accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage client assets throughout their lifecycle, including delivery, tagging, deployment, withdrawal, collection, and disposal.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by coaching team members and contributing to process enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., service delivery, desktop engineers) and external stakeholders (e.g., customers) to coordinate asset activities.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to provide updates on asset status, requirements, risks and progress.
- Maintain accurate asset records and prepare regular reports to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Update and maintain Asset Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure team adherence.
Qualifications & Skills :
Diploma in Logistics or a related field.Experience in asset or logistics management.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent time-management abilities.Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com with
