Regional Strategic Planning Senior Assistant Executive / Executive

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Regional Strategic Planning Senior Assistant Executive / Executive :

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage the schedule, documentation, and follow-up for internal strategy meetings, including minute-taking, tracking action items, and stakeholder communication
• Support the development and implementation of corporate policies and strategic plans
• Work closely with business leaders to assist in the execution of internal department strategies
• Facilitate policy management activities under the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) framework
• Organize and co-facilitate key meetings such as regional sales reviews and monthly strategy sessions
• Coordinate with regional teams to support strategic alignment across ASEAN and South Asia
• Serve as liaison for external group-wide activities such as customer satisfaction and quality-related initiatives
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal and regional discussions
