Roles & Responsibilities

Group Legal Counsel

• Salary : $15,000 - $20,000 + AWS + Bonus
• Working Days : 5 days
• Working Timing : 9AM to 6PM
• Working Location : ANSON ROAD SPRINGLEAF TOWER, MRT nearby are Tanjong Pagar or Shenton Way
• Degree in law (LLB) in university and called to the Singapore bar.
• 5-8 years of experience' in either a law firm or as a legal counsel, collaborate with counter parties in group's large North Asia exposure and business dealings.
• Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, knowledge of and litigation.
• Keen to join metal trading & distributor industry and able to travel within ASEAN countries for business purpose.
