Legal & Compliance Counsel

to provide comprehensive legal and compliance oversight across the Group’s business operations in the APAC region. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all legal matters across the Group’s entities and business units Advise senior management on legal strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements (service, SaaS, vendor, and contractor agreements, NDAs) Support and manage end-to-end M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments Enhance internal policy frameworks and compliance programs to ensure regulatory alignment and risk mitigation Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulatory authorities on legal and compliance issues Requirements

Experience in corporate commercial and / or M&A work preferred Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-border environment Open to candidates from private practice, as well as those with a blend of private practice and in‑house experience To Apply
